Big wedges

Major lifestyle changes, including the inclusion of intense sport activities and drastic changes in diet, bring stress. Have you made a New Year's or other determination to go to the gym three times a week and haven't done so yet? Have you agreed to start running every day, while this movement does not tell you anything at all? Have you adjusted your diet so that you are hungry until you feel sick?
